Refund Policy for Digital Assets & Frameworks

1. Overview & No-Refund Default
Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of our proprietary The Acquisition Intelligence Toolkit and The MEP BOQ Pricing App (including all associated PDFs, calculators, spreadsheets, and templates), all sales are final by default. Once the digital file link has been generated and downloaded, the inherent commercial value of the corporate data is transferred immediately to the buyer.

Therefore, we do not offer unconditional, “no-questions-asked” refunds, nor do we offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

2. Our 14-Day Action-Based Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the operational value of both, our acquisition intelligence toolkit, and our MEP BOQ pricing app. If you actively apply our materials and find they do not provide the strategic utility promised, we offer a 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must submit an application to our support team at support@workflowiq.store within exactly fourteen (14) days of your original purchase timestamp. Your application must include the following verifiable proof of implementation:

2.1 Required Proof of Implementation for 'The Acquisition Intelligence Toolkit':
  • Proof of Deal Sourcing: Evidence of an active, verifiable business inquiry or outreach attempt initiated during the 14-day window (e.g., a redacted Letter of Intent, redacted broker correspondence, or a signed NDA with a target business).
  • Completed Framework Materials: Your completed acquisition worksheets, valuation models, or checklist files from our PDF package, filled out with the actual financial or operational data of the target business you evaluated.
  • Specific Feedback: A brief explanation detailing exactly where the framework fell short of your business valuation or deal-structuring requirements.

2.2 Required Proof of Implementation for the 'MEP BOQ Pricing App':
14-DAY ACTION-BASED MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE 
We stand behind this product. If you implement the tool correctly and it does not perform as described on our product page, we will refund your purchase in full — no disputes, no conditions beyond the proof requirements below.
This guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND : 
Email support@workflowiq.store with the subject line: "Refund Request — Order [your order number]"
Because the app operates entirely in your local browser with no cloud-side usage tracking, we require the following three items to verify that the tool was implemented correctly and did not perform as described:
1. YOUR INPUT BOQ FILE The Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) you attempted to upload. Must contain standard MEP columns: Description, Qty, Unit, and Unit Rate. This confirms the file was structurally compatible with the tool.
2. ANTHROPIC API CONSOLE SCREENSHOT A timestamped screenshot of your Anthropic Console at console.anthropic.com showing API usage or spend history during the period you used the tool. This confirms your API key was correctly configured and a session was initiated.
3. OUTPUT OR ERROR EVIDENCE
 Either:
 a) The exported Excel results file if the output did not meet your expectations, OR
 b) A full-window screenshot of the app in your browser with Developer Tools open (F12) showing the specific error or failure.
Refund requests submitted without these three items cannot be processed. This is not to create barriers — it is because without usage evidence we have no basis to identify what went wrong and improve the product.
RESPONSE TIME
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. 
WHAT IS NOT COVERED 
Change of mind after activation - Incompatibility with file formats outside .xlsx, .xls, .csv - Issues arising from incorrect Anthropic API key setup (full setup instructions are provided in README_ACTIVATION.txt) - Requests submitted after 14 days of purchase
TEAM AND FIRM LICENSES
Refund terms for team and firm-wide licenses are agreed individually at time of purchase. Contact support@workflowiq.store before purchasing if you require specific terms for your organisation.

3. Link Deactivation & Legal Revocation of License
Upon the approval and processing of a refund under Section 2:
  • Your unique download URL will be permanently deactivated and blacklisted inside our system. You will forfeit all rights to future document updates, legal revisions, or template iterations.
  • Legal Revocation: Your commercial license to use, display, print, store, or reference the contents of the PDF is legally revoked.
  • Any continued retention, distribution, or unauthorized utilization of our proprietary framework after a refund is processed constitutes an intentional violation of international copyright laws and trade secret protections, and will be met with immediate legal action.
4. Fraud and Dispute Resolution
Our system logs all download attempts, timestamps, and customer IP addresses via the Shopify platform. In the event of a payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback filed directly with a credit card network or bank, we will submit these digital delivery and download logs as binding evidence of contract fulfillment.
